Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at Hakote Barbers. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client who may be on our waiting list. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us by phone at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you fail to provide us with 24 hours notice or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of £5 of the total service cost. Exceptions to this policy may be made in extenuating circumstances, such as illness or emergencies, at our discretion. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
